What we pressure wash
Hard surfaces can handle higher pressure, but technique still matters. We use rotary surface cleaners on flat concrete for an even finish without wand stripes, then rinse and spot treat stubborn stains.

Pressure by surface
Pick a surface to see how we handle it.
Siding: Soft wash
Vinyl, Hardie board and painted siding get a low pressure, high volume soft wash. A cleaning solution does the work on mildew and algae, so water is never forced behind the panels.
Removes: Mildew, algae, pollen, spider webs
Roof: No pressure
Black streaks on shingles are algae. Roofs are treated with a soft wash solution and gently rinsed. A pressure washer never touches the shingles.
Removes: Black streaks, algae, moss, lichen
Driveway or sidewalk: Surface cleaner
Concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner at high pressure for an even, stripe free finish, followed by a rinse and spot treatment on stubborn stains.
Removes: Mildew, dirt, red clay, tire marks
Pavers and brick: Medium pressure
Pavers and brick get a moderate setting that lifts moss and grime from the faces and joints without blasting out the joint sand.
Removes: Moss, mildew, weeds in joints
Wood deck or fence: Low pressure
Wood is cleaned at low pressure with the right cleaner so the grain does not fur up or splinter.

Storefront: Matched to surface
Glass, block, brick, metal and concrete each get their own method, scheduled around your business hours.

Pressure washing questions
Can pressure washing damage concrete?
Too much pressure held too close can etch concrete. Surface cleaners keep the nozzle at a fixed height for an even, safe clean.
Will it remove oil stains?
Fresh oil and tire marks usually lighten a lot. Old, soaked in stains may not disappear completely. We will tell you what to expect.
Do you pressure wash siding?
No. Siding and roofs get a soft wash instead, which is safer and lasts longer.
