Siding: Soft wash
Vinyl, Hardie board and painted siding get a low pressure, high volume soft wash. A cleaning solution does the work on mildew and algae, so water is never forced behind the panels.

Roof: No pressure
Black streaks on shingles are algae. Roofs are treated with a soft wash solution and gently rinsed. A pressure washer never touches the shingles.

Driveway or sidewalk: Surface cleaner
Concrete gets a rotary surface cleaner at high pressure for an even, stripe free finish, followed by a rinse and spot treatment on stubborn stains.

Pavers and brick get a moderate setting that lifts moss and grime from the faces and joints without blasting out the joint sand.

Will pressure washing hurt my wood deck?
Not the way we do it. Wood gets low pressure and the right cleaner so the grain does not fur up or splinter.
Do you clean composite decks?
Yes. Composite gets a gentle wash to lift mildew and grime without damaging the surface.
